Commercial Kitchen Design
ArcWest Architects developed the dining experience and the commercial kitchen design for this new restaurant to encompass the existing space afforded by a long dormant food service structure. The ArcWest team provided architectural & engineering design & drawings for the restaurant renovation.
After a great deal of hard work by the Owner of Le Peep (at McCaslin in Louisville) the new restaurant is now open. As the construction for this new food establishment wrapped up and furniture and equipment were delivered the new staff undertook intense training to prepare for the soft opening. The event was a huge success and this new Le Peep Restaurant location is in full operation as of December 10, 2012. ArcWest is certain this new restaurant will be a huge success.
Speaking of huge successes, we had the opportunity to try the evening menu at the Amerigo Delicatus that opened earlier in the year – Food and atmosphere are Fabulous! Le Peep and Amerigo Restaurants were both completed by the ArcWest Team. The commercial kitchen design was the focus to insure a successful restaurant operation.
