ArcWest Architects is teaming with the owners of a home in Highlands’ Wolff Place Historic District to renovate and expand their existing 1901 home and garage.
A new two story addition will be added to the south side of the existing home, and will provide privacy for the owners as well as their adjacent neighbors to the north. The exterior was designed to blend seamlessly with the existing historic home, while providing a more open and efficient living space as well as additional bedrooms for the growing family.
The existing garage will also be demolished to make room for a new larger detached garage.
