Restaurant Design by Denver Architects: ArcWest Architects
ArcWest Architects is excited to share that the Amerigo Delicatus, a new restaurant and market, is scheduled to open the first week of August. The restaurant design project was a tenant finish / remodel for the new restaurant in an existing leased space location on Larimer St. near Broadway in the ballpark (RiNo) neighborhood of downtown Denver.
ArcWest Architects provided a complete scope of architectural and engineering services including preliminary planning, kitchen layouts, schematic design, engineering coordination and permit (construction) drawings for the restaurant design. The following pictures provide “before” shots of the space, design / permit drawings (above) and “in progress” construction photos. We look forward to posting photos of the new restaurant in operation “after” construction is complete.
As with most restaurant design projects, insuring the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering is provided for to comply with the Denver Building Department code requirements is essential. Understanding make up air needs for the kitchen exhaust hood, and verifying the grease trap is appropriately sized are two primary considerations that must be addressed. Mechanical and plumbing engineering provided by TEEG Inc. Lighting, adequate circulation and egress, ADA accessibility are equally important.
