ArcWest Architects is transforming this home by reworking an existing attic space and adding a new rear addition with a bedroom/flex room and future bath potential. A brand-new, code-compliant stair improves flow and safety, and provides an upper-level deck to take advantage of the space even more.
Located in the Allen M. Ghost Landmark District, the design carefully balances historic character with modern living; making smart structural upgrades along the way to support the new addition.
