Milwaukee, WI | Restaurant Build-out and Change of Use

ArcWest Architects is working on an exciting commercial project near Milwaukee, Wisconsin’s historic downtown. The owner contracted ArcWest to help with a change of use and restaurant build-out in Milwaukee’s Bluemound Heights neighborhood. The historic building was previously used as a warehouse and small factory and will become a full-service barbeque restaurant. The future restaurant, Magoo’s Bull Pen, will have a vintage feel, leveraging historical elements of the area, including a special historic “cream city brick” that Milwaukee is known for.

The property is also located near Brewer’s stadium and plans to shuttle patrons back and forth.

The project is in the preliminary phase, exploring potential building layout plans to include a kitchen, bar, indoor/outdoor seating, and outdoor spaces for music and games.
