ArcWest integrates architectural planning, design and engineering for the construction of commercial architecture / retail building types, including renovations, new construction and tenant improvements. Typically a first step is to provide conceptual design and feasibility studies to make sure the project’s program requirements “fit” the proposed space. The conceptual design is also an exercise in due diligence to validate the construct-ability of the proposed project.
