ArcWest Architects assisted the new owner for the planning and design to retrofit a Le Peep restaurant in an existing commercial stand alone building. The New Breakfast / Lunch / Special Event Restaurant will open in Louisville soon.
ArcWest provided preliminary planning, kitchen layouts, schematic design, engineering coordination and permit (construction) drawings for the tenant finish of an existing space for the new Amerigo Delicatus restaurant & market.
ArcWest Architects has been working on decks for both residential and commercial projects. Currently ArcWest is preparing construction documents for a new Deli Restaurant to be located in downtown Denver. At the other end of the spectrum, we have assisted a client in the early planning phases with master planning, due diligence and feasibility studies for a new 24,000 sf light industrial facility.
The restaurant concept should be identified early on tandem to the vision for the culinary menu – Menu and Concept should be paired. This will reinforce the direction and decisions for the program and design.
The bigger the establishment equates to a more complex project with additional issues. Regardless of the scale of an eating place, all restaurants share common components that must be planned and carefully organized.
ArcWest Architects is excited to announce The “Hole” Bakery and Restaurant on Tennyson Street is finally open for business. It’s that bitter sweet time in which we are thrilled to see the completion of a commercial project we have been working on for so long.
