ArcWest Architects is working with S&S Development to design and engineer a new light industrial development in the Vista Pointe Business and Industrial Park in Broomfield, Colorado, Lot #7 (.846 acres) & Lot #8 (.936 acres). The multi-use commercial building, which is nearing completion, will have up to six individual tenant spaces totaling over 25,000 square feet.
Each commercial space will have frontage on 118th Avenue with dock access along the back elevation. The design team is maximizing the unique aspects of engineered building components to create a distinctive architectural image.
