Homeowners in West Highland’s Historic Wolff Place District brought ArcWest Architects in to design a rear addition, basement expansion, and complete interior remodel for their classic 1909 Denver Square home.
Because the home is in one of Denver’s unique historic districts, the design process required landmark approval from the city, which ArcWest guided through to successful approval.
The completed project now boasts a rear sunroom addition with a Master Suite above on the 2nd floor. The home features modern and open interior finishes and a greatly expanded basement accomplished by lowering the basement slab.
