ArcWest Architects worked with the owners of an historic home in Old Town Louisville, CO to design an interior and exterior renovation.
The primary architectural scope of work included a porch renovation, complete remodel of the main bathroom, and conversion of an existing bedroom to living space. The overall design theme for the residential remodel follows a American Craftsman architectural style. Arts and Crafts style stained glass windows are integral elements of the design & renovation.
Once the renovations were complete, ArcWest worked with the homeowners to design a freestanding “Studio / Garage” residential addition to their property. The new structure borrows details and elements of the craftsman style, complimenting the character of the existing home and neighborhood.
