ArcWest Architects provided the design for a remodel and rebuild that completely transformed a tiny, run down house into an elegant, 2-story Craftsman-styled home with all the modern amenities and more.
The completed DU-area home is essentially brand new with two stories plus a fully finished basement. The main floor now boasts a large kitchen, an open living area with gas fireplace, a full bathroom, and a study with french doors. Upstairs features a master suite, two other bedrooms and a full bathroom, plus a loft area. The fully finished basement has a wet bar, bedroom, full bathroom, and laundry.
Camerata Homes (the project contractor) was recognized with the 2016 Gold award for best whole house remodel under $250,000 at the CARE Awards (Colorado Awards for Remodeling Excellence) through the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver.
