ArcWest Architects was retained by Ogilvie Properties to provide Architecture Services for landlord improvements to the shared common areas. Improvements included complete renovation of restrooms, showers and break room. New spaces provided included an exercise room and high end conference room. New courtyard conference room doors were incorporated into the design along with improved ADA accessibility.
